Job summary

GreenTomato in Hong Kong seeks a senior, client-facing project owner who drives outcomes end-to-end. You will own relationships, define scope, and guide AI-enabled delivery with a two-person pod alongside a Tech Lead. You will set priorities, measure success, and ensure the solution truly solves the client’s problem.

You will prototype with AI tools, write precise requirements, and validate results with real users. Strong English and Cantonese communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in project delivery, business analysis, product, or client-facing roles in tech.
• Demonstrated AI-native working; demonstrate use of AI to draft, synthesize and direct work.
• Systems mindset with automation and repeatable methods.
• Strong business judgment to ensure outputs meet business needs.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese; Putonghua advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship as the single owner of project success, managing scope, timeline and trade-offs.
• Own requirements and scope; capture needs, define what to build and why, with clear acceptance criteria.
• Rapid prototyping using AI tools to align with clients and capture user requirements.
• Write AI-consumable specs with boundaries and edge cases clearly stated.
• Validate outcomes by testing with real users against business intent.
• Steer projects with AI-driven governance, monitoring timeline, budget and risk.
• Co-lead a two-person pod with a Tech Lead, defining scope versus technical approach.
