The Bank of East Asia (BEA) is seeking an AI & Data Solution Manager in Hong Kong. You will drive AI and digital transformation projects from initiation to closure, aligning with business goals and risk controls.

You will gather requirements, define scope, and coordinate AI developers, vendors, and business users to deliver timely, high‑quality outcomes, while ensuring compliance with data governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience in related domains.
• Experience in technology research, evaluation, and adoption.
• Knowledge of banking products and services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full project lifecycle for AI and digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, timelines and success criteria.
• Coordinate resources including AI developers, vendors, and users for timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and dependencies.
• Facilitate governance, decision making and change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security, data governance and quality expectations.
• Support user adoption including rollout planning and training coordination.
• Partner with developers to ensure integration and performance of solutions.
• Engage with fintech community to explore innovative technologies and processes.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses of adopting innovations.
• Define high-level solution architecture with bank constraints in mind.
• Comply with regulator and Bank standards and manage risks.
