Job summary

Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to support the Department Manager in centralized administration, procurement, fleet operations, and policy improvements. You will oversee relocation, courier and mail services, and ensure smooth office operations.

The role requires a degree, at least five years in procurement/logistics, and strong stakeholder coordination with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking.
• Solid experience in procurement, logistics, fleet management and vehicle licensing.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders, contractors and vendors at all levels.
• Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Manager in centralized administration including relocation, courier/mail, vehicle logistics and correspondence.
• Establish and improve administration policies, workflows and procedures.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes from vendor selection to performance monitoring.
• Oversee corporate car fleet operations and licensing.
• Propose cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality.
• Understand internal customer requirements and deliver timely administrative support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
