Job summary

Mainland - Hong Kong Joint Mediation Center Limited is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our finance team in Hong Kong. Responsibilities include daily bookkeeping and payment processing, assisting with financial close and audit schedules, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Requirements: HKCEE/HKDSE or above; at least 1 year in accounting; hands-on MYOB; strong Excel skills; knowledge of SFC regulations and FRR is a plus; fluent English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• HKCEE/HKDSE graduated or above.
• At least 1 year working experience in accounting.
• Hands-on experience in using MYOB.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel formulas and Pivot Tables.
• Knowledge of SFC regulations and FRR is a plus.
• Prior experience in handling full set of accounts is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Immediate availability preferred.

To cope with the rapid growth of the Group, we are looking for an experienced candidate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping duties and payment process;

Support timely financial close, including assigned journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations of cash, other assets and other liabilities;

Prepare schedules and reconciliations for audit purpose;

Accurate reporting; addressing queries from superiors on the books and financials;

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

HKCEE / HKDSE graduated or above;

At least 1 year working experience in accounting field;

Hand-on experience in using MYOB is highly desirable;

Good knowledge of MS Office application, especially in MS Excel formula setting and pivot table;

Possess knowledge of SFC regulations and FRR is a plus;

Prior experience in handling full set of accounts is an advantage;

Well organized, detail conscious with strong sense of responsibility;

Committed deadlines and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin;

Immediate availability is highly preferred;

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accountant.
