Job summary

Vgrowth Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage accounting and finance operations across all rounds. The role requires meticulous accounting, timely reporting, and strong liaison with banks, auditors and regulators.

You'll handle daily reconciliations, monthly closings, FRR knowledge, and ensure compliance while supporting analytics and decision making. A mature, independent, team player with 5-6 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Higher diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines.
• At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles within the financial services industry, with knowledge of FRR required
• 1-2 year of audit experience is preferred
• Proficient PC skills including MS Words, Excel, accounting system (eg. QuickBooks)
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential

Responsibilities

• Prepare & Review daily clients fund reconciliation & segregation
• Prepare & Review daily FRR & monitor daily liquid capital
• Prepare all payments & client withdrawals
• Assist in handling month end closing and various financial analysis
• Liaise with bank, auditor and regulator in handling compliance, audit and taxation issues
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
