Job summary

Topwise Limited in Central, Hong Kong, is seeking an accounting professional to manage daily accounting operations, maintain data accuracy in the accounting system, and prepare vouchers and payments.

The role involves filing documents, general accounting and admin tasks, and assisting in month-end closing. Immediate availability is preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered as Account Clerk.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines.
• Positive work attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, hardworking & able to work under pressure.
• Immediate availability preferred; candidate with less experience will be considered as Account Clerk.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounting operations including maintaining up-to-date data in accounting system, prepare vouchers and payments.
• Documents filing, perform general accounting and administration works.
• Assist in month-end closing process.
• Other ad-hoc assignments.
