About the role

We are seeking an Account Clerk to join us on a full-time basis. Our office is located in Wan Chai. This role is fundamental to maintaining the financial and operational efficiency of our accounting department. As an Account Clerk, you will support to our accounting team, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely processing of financial transactions. This position offers opportunity to develop your accounting skills.

Key responsibilities

• Performing data entry tasks, processing and recording financial transactions


• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable record


• Filing the records in accordance with company procedures


• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports


• Supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures


• Liaising with external audit (if need)


• Assisting senior accountants with ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Qualification in accounting or related field (such as Diploma in Accounting or equivalent) is preferred


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel


• Strong numerical and analytical skills with an ability to work with figures accurately


• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities


• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all work


• Good communication and ability to work effectively within a team


• Willingness to learn and develop accounting knowledge


• Prior experience in an accounting would be advantages


• Familiarity with Hong Kong accounting practices and tax regulations is a plus
