Job summary

Equity Financial Press Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Accounting Supervisor with solid experience in full set of accounts and daily accounting duties. You will input vouchers, issue cheques, handle bank transfers, petty cash, issue invoices, manage fixed assets and AP/AR, and ensure accuracy.

You will also oversee month-end closing, prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis, maintain inter-company records and perform reconciliations, assist in year-end audits and participate

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or LCC higher qualification or above.
• 5+ years of experience handling full set of accounts.
• Experience with FLEX accounting system preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Excel and Word.
• Independent, mature, and self-motivated with accuracy and responsibility.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts and daily accounting duties including vouchers input, cheque issuing, bank transfer, petty cash, invoices issuing, fixed assets and AP & AR.
• Manage month end closing, prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, inter-company transactions and perform regular account reconciliations.
• Assist in year-end and statutory audits.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
