Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant with a Degree in Accountancy or other relevant disciplines.
• Experience: 5–7 years in accounting/finance and/or audit, with 2–3 years in month-end/year-end closing.
• Hands-on with finance operations and managing people in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience in real estate or property management is advantageous.
• Experience in Oracle and SUN is highly advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Assist in existing accounting system enhancement and digital transformation implementation.
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting and ad-hoc reporting required by supervisor.
• Assist in preparation of management report and annual budget.
• Assist to perform month-end and year end closing; ensure journals have proper supporting.
• Oversee outstanding P&L and balance sheet items and follow up with departments.
• Prepare monthly cashflow projection.
• Participating in billing processes typically involves.
