Job summary

OLIVER is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager/Project Manager to join a high-profile Fortune 500 account in Hong Kong. The role blends account management and project leadership, coordinating with the program director, creative team, and stakeholders to deliver concepts from ideation to final delivery.

The role requires fluency in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin or Japanese a plus. On-site work at the client office is expected, with collaboration across Asia and global counterparts.

Qualifications

• This role requires 8+ years in integrated marketing, digital advertising, account management or project management.
• Experience handling senior clients and delivering briefs to exceed expectations.
• Experience in a creative studio environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with day-to-day clients, external agency partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, website, and video deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Refine creative briefs, gather files, and deploy assets with the creative team.
• Act as internal client advocate and knowledge center; guide best practices.
• Take client feedback, assess next steps, and communicate instructions to the team.
• Collaborate with operations to share best practices and streamline processes.
• Assist with brainstorming and concepting; bring creativity forward.
• Scope and cost out projects with Account/Project Management; manage day-to-day execution.
• Conduct regular status meetings and seek performance feedback for continuous improvement.
