Job summary

IPG Mediabrands (HK) Limited is seeking a Senior Account Executive to bridge our agency and clients, coordinating projects, managing administration, and ensuring client satisfaction across campaigns.

You will develop client relationships, contribute creative briefs, monitor campaigns, and deliver clear status updates. A minimum of 1 year advertising or marketing experience and strong bilingual English and Chinese communication are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of advertising or marketing experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and Chinese.
• Attention to detail and budget awareness.
• Knowledge of creative processes and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute client projects and manage administrative tasks to ensure client satisfaction.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and relay project details to internal teams.
• Develop understanding of clients' marketing strategies and contribute creative ideas.
• Review creative outputs against the brief and agency standards.
• Monitor campaigns, perform quality checks, and provide status updates to clients and teams.
