Job summary

The Repulse Bay is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and risk management within our hospitality precinct.

You will lead the security team, ensure safety for residents, tenants and visitors, and document incidents with clear reports using Microsoft Office. The role requires a 9-hour shift and a valid Security Personnel Permit.

Qualifications

• Holder of a valid Security Personnel Permit.
• First Aid and AED certification is preferred.
• Experience in security and occupational safety, preferably within a hospitality environment.
• Pleasant, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, manage, and motivate the Security team to ensure consistently high performance
• Deliver superior customer service to residents, tenants, and visitors
• Prepare clear and accurate incident and accident reports using Microsoft Office
