Job summary

Kerry Hotel Hong Kong is seeking a Security Supervisor based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong to lead day-to-day security operations, manage the security team, and uphold hotel standards and policies. You will assist with guest inquiries, report incidents to Management, and conduct risk assessments and audits with CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, you bring at least 3 years of relevant experience and a Security Personnel Permit.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Security Management qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in hotel or security.
• Valid Security Personnel Permit.
• Ability to assess risks and perform independent security/operations reviews and audits.
• Sound knowledge of access control, alarm monitoring and CCTV systems.
• Self-initiated team player with good communication skills.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

As a Security Supervisor, we rely on you to:

• Manage the team effectively to drive day-to-day security operations
• Ensure security operations are strictly followed to established standards and policies
• Provide practical guidance and coaching to maintain consistent Hotel and Departmental standards
• Cultivate and maintain excellent guest relations to enhance their satisfaction
• Handle guests' inquiries promptly and effectively, as well as reporting any complaints related to security or safety to Management immediately

We are looking for someone who has:

• Certificate or above with professional qualifications in Security Management
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Hotel or Security Industry
• Valid Security Personnel Permit
• Ability to assess risks and perform independent security / operations reviews and audits
• Sound knowledge of security access control system, alarm monitoring system and CCTV system
• Self-initiated team player with good communication skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
