Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a Security Supervisor to join our Security team. The role provides supervisory guidance to Security Officers and oversees daily hotel security operations, including access control, patrols and incident handling.

You should have 3–5 years of related experience, report writing skills, knowledge of CCTV, BMS and AFA systems, and a valid Security Personnel Permit. Cantonese fluency with basic English and Mandarin is preferred; shift duty is required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years related working experience
• Experience in report writing and investigations
• Knowledge of CCTV, BMS & AFA systems
• Honest, self-motivated and responsible
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit
• First Aid, CPR and AED Training is an advantage
• Fluent in Cantonese, and basic English & Mandarin
• Shift duty is required

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory guidance and support to all Security Officers

• Arrange the duties for the shift and ensure efficient discharge by subordinates
• Assist in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for the Department
• Respond to accidents and assist guests/staff during emergencies
• Prepare, review and follow-up on all incident, loss and accident reports
• Monitor CCTV, Perimeter-Alarm System, and Fire Life Safety System
• Protect and safeguard guests, staff, belongings and hotel assets
