Automated Systems (H.K.) Limited (ASL) seeks a Security Manager to oversee cybersecurity product support, maintenance, and enterprise security services. You will lead a team of security engineers and specialists, ensuring stable product operation, high-quality services, and efficient delivery across customer engagements.
The role requires 10+ years in cybersecurity service management, strong leadership, and English proficiency to liaise with multinational clients.
The Security Manager is a core management role responsible for end-to-end oversight of cybersecurity product technical support, ongoing product maintenance, and customer-facing professional security services. This role leads a team of security support engineers and security specialists, ensures the stable operation and continuous optimization of the company's cybersecurity products for enterprise customers, delivers standardized and customized professional security services, and guarantees high-quality customer experience, product availability, and service delivery efficiency. The incumbent will bridge product technical teams, sales teams, and enterprise clients, resolve complex product and security technical issues, drive service process optimization, and undertake the overall management of security service project delivery and post-sales product lifecycle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Security Product Support & Maintenance Management
Oversee daily technical support operations for the cybersecurity products (including network security, data security, endpoint security, cloud security products, etc.), manage tier 1/tier 2/tier 3 support workflows, and ensure timely and effective resolution of customer product faults, functional exceptions, and operational problems.
Take charge of the preventive maintenance of security products, including regular product version upgrades, patch updates, vulnerability checking, security configuration optimization, and product operation health monitoring, to ensure long-term stable and compliant operation of customer security systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve high-level, complex product technical and security incidents, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), formulate improvement plans, and prevent recurring faults.
Establish and optimize product maintenance SOPs and SLA management mechanisms, strictly control service response time, problem resolution cycle, and customer satisfaction indicators, and regularly output maintenance quality reports.
2. Security Professional Services Delivery Management
Manage the full delivery process of customer-facing professional security services, including security deployment implementation, security baseline rectification, security assessment, penetration testing, compliance consulting, security operation guidance, and customized technical service projects.
Undertake project overall planning, resource scheduling, progress control, and quality inspection for professional service projects, ensure projects are delivered on time, with qualified quality and in line with customer demand.
Communicate and coordinate with enterprise customers in depth, sort out customer security business demands, provide professional technical solutions and service suggestions, and improve customer security system construction level.
Standardize professional service delivery documents, including service plans, implementation reports, security assessment reports, and closing documents, to form standardized service deliverables.
Track post-service customer operation effects, provide follow-up technical guidance and optimization suggestions, and tap potential customer service renewal and incremental business opportunities.
3. Team & Operation Management
Lead and manage the security support and professional service teams, formulate team work plans, conduct daily attendance, work assessment, and skill training management, and improve the overall technical capability and service quality of the team.
Establish and improve the department's service management system, process specifications, and knowledge base system, precipitate technical experience and service cases, and realize team capability replication.
Coordinate cross-department resources (sales, pre-sales, project management) to solve difficult problems in product support and service delivery, and promote efficient collaboration of the business chain.
Responsible for team KPI assessment and target completion, including problem resolution rate, customer satisfaction, project delivery qualification rate, service revenue completion and other core indicators.
4. Risk & Quality Control
Identify potential risks in product maintenance and professional service delivery, including technical risks, delivery cycle risks, customer satisfaction risks and compliance risks, and formulate preventive and response measures.
Supervise the implementation of security service compliance requirements, ensure all service operations meet industry security standards, customer confidentiality agreements and company management specifications.
Regularly conduct service quality audits, summarize problems in the service process, and continuously optimize service processes and management mechanisms.
Job Requirements
1. Educational Background & Work Experience
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Network Engineering or related majors.
10+ years of working experience in cybersecurity product support, security professional services or security operation management, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
Familiar with enterprise-level security product delivery and maintenance scenarios, with experience in serving large and medium-sized enterprise customers is preferred.
2. Professional Skills
Proficient in mainstream cybersecurity products (firewall, WAF, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, cloud security platform, data security gateway, etc.) working principles, deployment debugging, fault troubleshooting and daily maintenance.
Familiar with network architecture, server operation and maintenance, system security configuration, and common network attack and defense technologies.
Familiar with IT service management systems and SLA management mechanisms, with practical experience in service process optimization and team management.
Possess good project management capabilities, able to independently control multi-project parallel delivery and resource scheduling.
3. Qualification Certifications (Preferred)
CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, PMP, ISO27001 Internal Auditor and other industry authoritative certifications.
Manufacturer senior certification of mainstream security manufacturers (Fortinet, Sangfor, Check Point, Juniper, etc.) is a plus.
4. Soft Skills
Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving and emergency response capabilities, able to quickly locate and resolve complex technical and service problems.
Strong customer communication, negotiation and demand analysis capabilities, able to maintain good customer relationships and improve customer loyalty.
Good team leadership, organizational coordination and pressure resistance, able to drive team goals efficiently.
Strict work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and service awareness, with standardized work habits and systematic thinking.
Fluent oral and written English (able to read English technical documents and communicate with customers is preferred).
