Job summary

Automated Systems (HK) Ltd is recruiting an IT Consulting Trainee for fresh graduates to draft and deliver compelling technical presentations, solution demos, and proposal decks to clients. You will research and test new partner tools and assist in PoC setups, gathering requirements and helping design solutions.

You will track milestones, coordinate across technical teams, support UAT and deployment, and help prepare standard project documentation, with fluent English and Cantonese required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, or software development.
• Confident presentation skills with fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Gather functional requirements, assist in solution design, and prepare proof-of-concept (PoC) setups.

Track project milestones, coordinate across technical teams, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment.

Assist in drafting standard technical project documentation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline (Fresh graduates or up to 2 years' experience).

Basic understanding of cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, or software development, with a strong enthusiasm to learn new partner tools.

Confident presentation skills with fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Strong analytical mind, fast self-learner, and capable of translating technical concepts into clear client communications.
