Job summary

Automated Systems (H.K.) Limited (ASL) seeks a Security Manager to oversee cybersecurity product support, maintenance, and enterprise security services. You will lead a team of security engineers and specialists, ensuring stable product operation, high-quality services, and efficient delivery across customer engagements.

The role requires 10+ years in cybersecurity service management, strong leadership, and English proficiency to liaise with multinational clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, Network Engineering or related majors.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity product support, security professional services or security operation management, with at least 2 years of team management.
• Familiar with enterprise-level security product delivery and maintenance; experience with large/medium enterprise customers preferred.
• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking; ability to read English technical documents and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security product support and maintenance operations, manage multi-tier support workflows, and ensure timely resolution of faults and operational problems.
• Manage the full delivery process of professional security services, including deployment, assessments, testing, and service projects.
• Lead and develop the security support and professional services teams, coordinate cross-department resources, and drive KPI performance.
• Identify risks, ensure compliance, conduct quality audits, and continuously optimize service processes and management mechanisms.
