CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited is seeking a Security Analyst (Penetration Testing focused) to provide general administrative and clerical support while contributing to security-related testing tasks. The role emphasizes reliability, customer-facing professionalism, and cross-department collaboration in a busy Hong Kong office.

The position requires a Higher Diploma or above, 2–3 years of office administration experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline.
• Around 2-3 years of relevant working experience in office administration.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a courteous and service-oriented attitude towards different stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including procurement of office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
• Prepare administrative reports and conduct data analysis as required.
• Assist with reception duties when needed, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling courier and mailing services.
• Maintain filing and record-keeping systems, and perform periodic stock-taking of administrative items such as fixed assets and office equipment.
• Assist in organizing company events and activities.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
