Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in securities operations or middle office.
• Fluency in Chinese and English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain collateral data and related operational records with strong accuracy and control discipline.
• Coordinate between origination and credit teams to support exposure management and resolve open items.
• Manage know your customer processes, ensuring required steps are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate booking in securities and loan systems and support key lifecycle events.
• Coordinate third-party vendor invoicing and billing activities.
• Support sales credit submissions and required follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Identify operational issues, elevate appropriately, and drive resolution across internal partners.
• Support process and technology changes by documenting requirements and coordinating delivery where needed.
