Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Hong Kong seeks an Analyst in Credit Risk to partner with front office, legal and risk teams. You will own ongoing credit relationships for APAC hedge funds and asset managers, assess risk, and influence credit terms and documentation.

You will review risk metrics, support transaction structuring, and help manage margins and risk exposures. Strong communication and market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of counterparty credit risk analysis and due diligence on hedge funds and asset managers.
• Familiarity with derivatives,Prime Brokerage, clearing services and related documentation.
• Understanding of hedge fund and asset management industries and market mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Own credit coverage for a portfolio of Asia Pacific hedge funds and asset managers.
• Recommend risk appetite and exposure limits based on diligence findings.
• Review risk-measure outputs and challenge assumptions for client-specific risk profiles.
• Participate in client due diligence meetings and support timely credit decisions.
• Collaborate with business and legal teams to structure transactions and terms.
