Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Analyst for the Securitized Products Middle Office in Hong Kong. You will support multiple Asia-Pacific markets, manage collateral data, exposure coordination, KYC, and vendor invoicing while ensuring strong control and timely settlement.

The role requires 2+ years in securities ops, fluency in English and Chinese, and ability to work across front office, operations, tech, finance, legal and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in securities operations or middle office support.
• Fluency in Chinese and English (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension).
• Strong stakeholder management across front office, operations, tech, finance, legal and compliance.
• Resourceful problem-solver with urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain collateral data and related operational records with accuracy and discipline.
• Coordinate between origination and credit teams to support exposure management and resolve items.
• Manage know your customer processes and ensure steps are completed on time.
• Coordinate booking in securities and loan systems and support lifecycle events.
• Coordinate third-party vendor invoicing and billing activities.
• Support sales credit submissions and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Identify operational issues, elevate and drive resolution across internal partners.
• Document requirements and coordinate delivery for process and tech changes.
