Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Hong Kong is seeking an Analyst in the Securitized Products Middle Office to support activity across Asia-Pacific markets.

You will manage collateral data, exposure coordination, know your customer processes, and booking support to help prevent breaks and ensure timely settlement. You will collaborate with front office, operations, technology, finance, legal, and compliance to maintain control discipline, identify issues, and drive resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in securities operations or middle office support.
• Fluency in Chinese and English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension) as this individual will work with chinese clients and teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across front office, operations, technology, finance, legal, and compliance teams.
• Resourceful problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, risk awareness, and timely escalation judgement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between origination and credit teams to support exposure management and resolve open items.
• Manage know your customer processes, ensuring required steps are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate booking in securities and loan systems and support key lifecycle events.
• Coordinate third-party vendor invoicing and billing activities.
• Support sales credit submissions and required follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Identify operational issues, escalte appropriately, and drive resolution across internal partners.
• Support process and technology changes by documenting requirements and coordinating delivery where needed.

You will work across functions - front office, operations, technology, finance, legal, and compliance to keep transactions moving smoothly. As an Analyst in the Securitized Products Middle Office in Hong Kong, you will support business activity across multiple Asia-Pacific markets.
