Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in the investment industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO).
• License holder with HKSI Licensing Exam passes (Paper 1, 7 & 8) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and regular review of policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure SFO/regulatory compliance.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the department and monitor securities trading activities.
• Assist in HKMA/SFC licensing registration activities for the Bank.
• Observe regulatory changes and propose follow-up actions.
• Coordinate responses with HKMA, SFC and HKEX and manage communications.
• Participate in system enhancements/integration projects and other ad hoc initiatives.
