Job summary

Solo Investments Limited in Hong Kong seeks a capable financial services assistant to provide securities quotations and execute orders under clients' instructions, and to confirm trade details with sales, operations, customers and counterparties.

The role supports account-opening procedures, answers client inquiries, ensures compliance with regulations, and provides administrative support for the department.

Qualifications

• High diploma or above in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1-year relevant experience in the financial services industry preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Knowledge of investment products, including bullion & foreign exchange trading.
• Passing HKSI licensing papers 1, 7, 8 & 9 is an advantage.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage.
• Willing to work in shift and on Hong Kong public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Providing securities quotations and executing orders under clients' instructions.
• Confirming trade details with sales, operations, customers and counterparties.
• Assisting in account-opening procedures.
• Answering clients' inquiries and providing quality services and supports.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Facilitating other administrative support for the Department.
