Job summary

Asia Pacific Securities Limited is seeking a licensed brokerage professional to support client orders and enquiries in a fast-paced environment. The role requires handling customer inquiries via telephone, email, WeChat and other channels, and assisting with order taking and day-to-day tasks under supervision.

The ideal candidate holds a valid SFC Type 1 license (Type 2 preferred), has at least 3 years of brokerage experience, and is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin a must).

Qualifications

• Holder of relevant SFC license, Type 1 is a must and Type 2 preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in brokerage
• Knowledge in KYC, AML, CRS and FATCA procedures
• Familiar with securities and futures account opening procedures
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
• Immediate available preferred holder

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines,
• Handle customer' s enquiries via telephone, email, WeChat and etc.
• Handle customer' s trading order taking,
• Handle multiple tasks and manage,
• Ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
