Job summary

Grand Fire Securities Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Customer Service Executive to execute dealing orders for securities and bonds, and to deliver high-quality client service by promptly addressing enquiries and ensuring trading system reliability.

You will review account openings and KYC for regulatory compliance, monitor client orders and margins, perform day-end processing, and support ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Valid SFC license for Type 1 activities.
• At least 1 year of securities/bonds trading experience (fresh graduates accepted).
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), Cantonese mandatory.
• Proficient in Bloomberg Terminal and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute dealing orders for securities and bonds accurately and efficiently.
• Provide high-quality client service by promptly addressing enquiries and ensuring trading system reliability.
• Review account opening and KYC documents for regulatory compliance.
• Monitor client orders and margin levels, initiating margin calls when required.
• Conduct day-end processing and related operational tasks.
• Support DCM projects as assigned.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.
