Job summary

Hang Seng Bank is seeking a Senior Customer Service Officer in the Customer Contact Centre to support securities and FX margin trading operations for premium customers in Hong Kong. You will provide prompt, accurate dealing execution and professional service while ensuring compliance with bank and regulatory standards.

The role requires HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8, and a diploma or degree. Strong communication, resilience, and the ability to work in shifts are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree Holder; Form Five or DSE Graduates with relevant working experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience in retail banking with knowledge of securities trading or FX margin trading operations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle securities and FX margin trading enquiries from premium customers.
• Provide excellent customer services and execute customer dealing orders promptly and accurately.
• Handle customer complaints and support daily operations to ensure compliance with Bank and regulatory requirements.
• Propose and implement streamlining initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
