Job summary

Fides Solutions Limited is seeking a Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements for SAP system design and configuration. You will run workshops with business users to map current processes and identify optimization opportunities, producing clear specifications and flow diagrams.

You will support SAP implementations through testing, UAT coordination and defect tracking, translating requirements into system configurations and delivering training and user materials to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in business or systems analysis within ERP implementation.
• Familiarity with SAP systems, modules or implementation methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in documentation tools to create clear process flows.
• Experience with project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ITIL or change management practices is a plus.
• Experience with international or multi-site implementations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document and analyse business requirements for SAP system design and configuration
• Conduct workshops with business users to understand processes and identify optimizations
• Prepare and maintain requirements specifications, process flows and design documents
• Support testing of SAP implementations including UAT coordination and defect tracking
• Translate business requirements into system configurations with SAP teams
• Monitor progress, track actions, and communicate status to stakeholders
• Provide user training and support materials for system adoption
• Identify and escalate risks, issues and deviations from plans to senior team
• Capture lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement
