Job summary

Lacoste is seeking an IT Business Analyst to lead the migration from the legacy ERP to SAP S/4HANA and related Product and Planning Systems across APAC markets.

Reporting to the IT Director, you will design, validate, and deploy solutions, coordinate SIT/UAT, manage data integrity, and drive change management with training materials for users across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP/ERP migrations in a large multi-site setting.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Fluent English with exposure to European, Japanese or Korean cultures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment for the SAP migration.
• Engage stakeholders to align project needs and deliver specifications.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT validation and data migration activities.
• Support change management and user training across APAC.
• Partner with HQ Europe and external providers for seamless delivery.

Job description

The IT Business Analyst (SAP/ERP)will work on the implementation of our core enterprise systems, playing acritical leadership role in driving our transition from legacy ERP system toSAP S/4 HANA and related Product and Planning Systems.

This position reports to the IT Director,overseeing APAC Markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leadrequirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment for the SAPmigration project and related scope.
• Engagewith key stakeholders to align project requirements, describe businessprocesses, and deliver functional and technical specifications.
• Conductand secure validation for system integration tests (SIT) and User AcceptanceTests (UAT).
• Supportdata migration related tasks and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Supportchange management and key user involvement before, during, and afterdeployment, providing comprehensive training materials and active stakeholderengagement.
• Partnerclosely with internal teams (including HQ in Europe) and external serviceproviders to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Actas a key enabler for end-user support, managing complex incidents and ensuringeffective cross-functional application maintenance.
• Crosstrainwith internal team members (such as transitioning legacy ERP experts) to buildlong-term internal SAP competencies.
• Ownchange delivery in APAC markets in compliance with global corporate directionsand IT standards.
• Maintaindiligent knowledge management by writing and updating functional and technicaldocumentation.

Profile

SKILLS

• Minimumof 10 years of relevant IT work experience, with a strong background in fashionand/or retail.
• Strongcommunication and soft skills, with a proven ability to translate complexbusiness needs, synthesize project progress/blockers, and collaborateeffectively with diverse stakeholders
• Provenhands-on expertise in SAP implementation (specifically MM, SD, FI modules for SAPS/4 HANA) within a multi-site enterprise environment.
• Fluentin English; experience working with European, Japanese, or Korean corporatecultures is a distinct advantage.
• Customer-and value-oriented, highly rigorous, autonomous, and equipped with a strongteam spirit.
• Familiaritywith legacy ERP systems (ORLI), Centric PLM and Anaplan will be valuable butnot mandatory.
