Job summary

A. R. Medicom Inc. (Asia) Limited is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support ERP systems, gather requirements, and assist with global system rollouts. You will work with business stakeholders, project teams and vendors to ensure deliverables meet objectives.

The role requires a degree in CS/IT, 2+ years as a BA, and familiarity with ERP lifecycle and SAP. English and Chinese proficiency is expected; Cantonese or Mandarin preferred. Travel within Asia-Pacific may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in full ERP project lifecycle from requirements to testing and implementation; SAP experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Certification in SAP module is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst.

• Provide day-to-day support for ERP systems and assist users in resolving system-related issues.
• Conduct user requirement gathering, feasibility studies and gap analysis; support SIT and UAT; and assist with global system rollouts.
• Assist in the delivery of global ERP projects by developing test scenarios, conducting system and integration testing, and ensuring quality and functionality meet standards.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, development teams and external vendors to ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
• Prepare functional specifications, workflow documents, training materials, and related project documentation.

Job description

Conduct user requirement gathering, feasibility studies and gap analysis; support SIT and UAT; and assist with global system rollouts.

Assist in the delivery of global ERP projects by developing test scenarios, conducting system and integration testing, and ensuring that quality and functionality meet the required standards.

Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, development teams and external vendors to ensure project deliverables are completed according to business objectives.

Prepare functional specifications, workflow documents, training materials, and related project documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline

Certification in any SAP module, such as SD, MM, PP or FICO, is an advantage.

Minimum 2 years of experience as abusiness analyst.

Experience in the full project life cycle, from requirement definition to testing and implementation in any ERP system; SAP experience is an advantage.

Strong analytical, communication andinterpersonal skillsand the ability to work collaboratively with other team members and users.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred.

Travel within the Asia Pacific region may be required for project implementation, application support and user training.
