Job summary

Fides Solutions Limited seeks an SAP Analyst to translate business requirements into SAP configurations and support full lifecycle implementations in an enterprise ERP environment.

You will conduct SAP testing, provide user support, document configurations, and collaborate with project teams to optimise processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as SAP Analyst or similar role in ERP settings.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules FI/CO/MM/SD/HCM.
• Experience in systems testing, test case development and defect reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience on SAP implementations or post-implementation support.
• Knowledge of data management, process documentation and QA practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and willingness to learn new tech.

Support the full lifecycle of SAP implementations, from requirements gathering through to deployment and optimisation

Conduct thorough testing of SAP modules and functionalities to ensure systems perform as expected and meet business objectives

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving system issues efficiently and professionally

Document system configurations, processes, and solutions to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain comprehensive system documentation

Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers and developers to identify process improvements and enhance system performance

Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to support successful system adoption

Monitor SAP system performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and cost reduction

Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with SAP best practices and emerging technologies

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an SAP Analyst or in a similar business/systems analysis role within an enterprise resource planning environment

Strong understanding of SAP modules, particularly in areas such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), or Human Capital Management (HCM)

Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business processes and translate requirements into effective system solutions

Experience in systems testing, including test case development, execution and defect reporting

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work methodically through technical and functional issues

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience working on SAP implementation projects or in post-implementation support environments

Knowledge of data management, process documentation and quality assurance practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

Professional SAP certification (SAP Associate or specialist certification) is highly desirable
