Job summary

Innocorn AI is seeking a System Analyst/Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specs and user stories, and act as a bridge between business units and technical teams.

The role involves coordinating QA/UAT, supporting the project lifecycle, and ensuring alignment on scope and deliverables within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering: collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specs and user stories.
• Bridge the gap between business units, product managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment on scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Project lifecycle support: lead the front end of the project lifecycle and coordinate QA, UAT, and final system validation.
• Agile delivery: participate in Scrum ceremonies, manage the product backlog, and define acceptance criteria.
• Validation & testing: collaborate with QA to define test plans and ensure delivered solutions meet requirements.

• Bridge the Gap:Serve as the strategic liaison between business units, product managers, and technical development teams to ensure complete alignment on project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Project Lifecycle Support:Lead the front end of the project lifecycle and provide continuous support through QA, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination, and final system validation.
