Job summary

CK Asset Holdings Limited is expanding its sales team in Hong Kong and inviting applications from customer-focused professionals with experience in premium client service and property sales. Final title and level will be determined by experience and portfolio fit.

We have several vacancies across our sales team and will match candidates to roles commensurate with their experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary qualification preferred; equivalent experience considered.

• 3+ years' experience in sales launches, pre-sales, and show suite sales management for senior positions.

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or sales within property development, agency, or related sectors
• Candidates with 3+ years' experience in sales launches, pre-sales, and show suite sales management will be considered for senior positions
• Fresh graduates are warmly welcome to apply — especially those with a proactive mindset, a strong interest in the sales and real estate field, and any hands-on experience with property developers gained during their studies (part-time, internship, show flat, or event support roles)
• Comprehensive structured training will be provided to fresh graduates to equip them with the product knowledge, sales techniques, and client servicing skills required to thrive in our dynamic sales environment — no prior full-time experience required; we will provide career path to those have potentials
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Independent, self-motivated, mature, and able to work under pressure during peak launch periods
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
