Qualifications

• Degree in Business or property-related disciplines.
• 4 years' experience in retail leasing, preferably gained from property developer / agency.
• Good negotiation, analytical and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, aggressive and outgoing.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

• Degree in Business or property-related disciplines
• 4 years' experience in retail leasing, preferably gained from property developer / agency
• Good business network with retail tenants / property agencies
• Good negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, aggressive and outgoing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer
