OOCL in Hong Kong is seeking a senior sales transformation professional to lead process optimization, digital transformation, and data analytics across global sales operations. You will drive cross-functional programs and partner with IT and BI teams to implement AI-enabled improvements.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, KPI design, and the delivery of measurable improvements in efficiency, engagement, and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Shipping, Logistics, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, sales operations, business process improvement, or related commercial functions.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable business improvements.
• PMP, Agile, or related project management certifications are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process mapping, KPI design, performance management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
• Knowledge of process automation, digital transformation, and emerging AI technologies is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Sales Process Excellence & Digital Transformation initiatives to streamline processes and scale operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement automation, digital solutions, and AI-enabled improvements.
• Drive strategic sales initiatives to improve customer engagement and commercial performance.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports to monitor KPIs and market trends.
• Collaborate across Sales, Customer Service, Operations, IT and other functions to support global sales objectives.
• Partner with IT and BI teams to design and enhance sales platforms and analytics tools.
