Job summary

HKT is seeking an Assistant Business Analyst specializing in Sales Performance Data to track sales performance and streamline commission-related processes. You will manipulate data, prepare analyses for management review, and maintain system parameters used for performance counting and commissions.

The role supports internal operations and drives ongoing process improvements, leveraging automation and end-user computing skills to enhance performance tracking and commission administration.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Business Administration / Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines.
• Proven ability in data manipulation and detail oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Knowledge in end-user computing skills, such as Python, SQL, PowerBI, Power Automate, Visualization tools etc...
• Mature, sensible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• A co-operative team player who is able to communicate with people at all levels.
• Fresh graduates with good knowledge in SQL, Python, PowerBI, etc., will be considered too.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate data and prepare sales performance and commission analysis for management review.
• Handle & maintain up-to-date system parameters for sales performance counting & commission calculation.
• Assist in developing the internal process, streamline the process by automation and system enhancement.
• Work closely with internal parties on business operations and initiate on-going process improvement in particular for performance tracking and commission administration.
