Job summary

HKT is seeking a data analyst to support sales performance tracking and commission administration, focusing on data-driven insights and process enhancements. Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of data analysis experience.
• Strong end-user computing skills: Python, SQL, Power BI and automation tools.
• Data manipulation and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Independent and a cooperative team player.
• Fresh graduates with knowledge in SQL, Python, Power BI welcome.

Responsibilities

• Focusing on sales performance tracking and process streamlining in sales commission payment administration
• Manipulate data and prepare sales performance and commission analysis for management review
• Handle and maintain up-to-date system parameters for sales performance counting and commission calculation
• Assist in developing the internal process, streamline the process by automation and system enhancement
• Work closely with internal parties on business operations and initiate ongoing process improvement in particular for performance tracking and commission administration
