Job summary

FWD Group in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced analytics professional to prepare and maintain regular sales performance reports for RM, call centre and other Direct channels, delivering timely insights to channel heads and senior management.

You will perform business analysis, support payroll, commission and incentive administration, and assist in reviewing and implementing sales compensation schemes to drive efficiency and compliance across channels.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in insurance, financial services, sales planning, distribution support, business analysis or compensation administration.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including vlookup, pivot table; knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Strong numerical sense with high attention to detail, accuracy and data integrity.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regular sales performance reports for RM, call centre and other Direct channels, providing timely business insights to channel heads and senior management.
• Perform business analysis and deliver ad-hoc analytical studies, performance tracking and statistical reporting to support management decision-making.
• Support sales payroll, commission, incentive and compensation administration for call centre, ensuring accuracy, compliance and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the review, enhancement and implementation of sales compensation schemes, incentive programs and commission structures.
• Monitor campaign and incentive scheme performance, prepare post-campaign analysis and provide recommendations to improve business effectiveness and productivity.
• Maintain call centre operation records and support team administration activities, including attendance, leave records, staff movement and personnel information updates.
• Undertake ad hoc projects and assignments to support business growth and operational excellence.
