Job summary

HKT is seeking a data analyst to support sales performance tracking and commission administration, focusing on data-driven insights and process enhancements. The role involves manipulating data, preparing analysis for management review, and maintaining system parameters for performance counting and commission calculations, with opportunities to automate and streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of data analysis experience.
• Strong end-user computing skills: Python, SQL, Power BI and automation tools.
• Data manipulation and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Independent and a cooperative team player.
• Fresh graduates with knowledge in SQL, Python, Power BI welcome.

To succeed this role

• Diploma / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Business Administration / Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines
• At least 1 year' experiences in data analysis
• Excellent knowledge in end-user computing skills, such as Python, SQL, PowerBI, Power Automate, Visualization tools etc.
• Proven ability in data manipulation and detail oriented
• Proficient in MS office applications (e.g. Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word),
• Mature, sensible, self-motivated and able to work independently
• A co-operative team player who is able to communicate with people at all levels
• Fresh graduates with good knowledge in SQL, Python, PowerBI, etc., will be considered too
