The role involves assisting management with product and market development through data analysis, and handling ad-hoc tasks as required. Strong Excel skills and English communications are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of operational/sales support experience in banking or financial institutions.
• Proficient in Excel: Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Well organized with attention to detail.
• Proactive, mature and decisive.

Responsibilities

• Support internal sales teams by generating operational/performance reports, for documentation and insurance policies
• Regularly present analytical findings to senior management
• Assist management in developing new products and markets via data analytics
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
