Job summary

Alibaba Cloud is seeking a Sales Operations professional to support setting up and landing overseas business strategies and to streamline the sales-operations system.

You will work with sales, marketing, products, finance and backend teams to drive overseas revenue growth, based on market insights and customer pipeline management. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required to collaborate with teams in China and abroad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in engineering preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations; cloud company experience preferred.
• Excellent data analysis skills; act as a consultant to provide business-driven solutions.
• Rich knowledge in pipeline management and key customer management.

Job description

• This position is responsible for support sales lead setting up and landing Alibaba Cloud's overseas business strategy, building and streamlining the sale-operation business system, and working with sales teams to drive Alibaba Cloud's overseas revenue growth.
• Key Customer Management, manage customer status from customer consumption trends, customer business development plans, Alibaba Cloud product competencies, and manage the customer pipeline through cooperation with the sales and technical architect team.
• Regular insight into market dynamics and competitive trends, identify new business opportunities based on market trends, characteristics, and development trends, and provide optimization suggestions.
• Conduct cross-departmental communication, collaborate with sales, marketing, products, finance, etc. to drive business.
• Connect with the backend teams, provide feedback on business progress, provide operational support, and provide feedback from customers and sales teams to backend teams.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in engineering preferred.
• More than 2 years of experience in sales operations, with working at cloud company preferred.
• Excellent data analysis skills, acting as a consultant to provide suggestions and solutions based on real business needs.
