Job summary

KOSE (Hong Kong) Co., Limited is seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant - Beauty (1 Year Contract) to support daily retail operations and promotional campaigns. You will help monitor campaigns, prepare analyses, and contribute to content writing for social media and the official site.

The role requires a diploma or higher, with FMCG/retail exposure viewed as an advantage. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, good English and Chinese skills, and a team-spirited, organized approach are essential.

Qualifications

Sales & Marketing Assistant - Beauty (1 Year Contract)

Assist and support daily retail operations and promotional campaigns implementation in line with business objectives

Monitor marketing and promotional campaigns. Prepare retail business and operational analysis, reports and recommendations for management review

Assist in content writing and artwork adaptation for social media platforms, official website update and maintenance

Responsible for development & co-ordination of marketing collaterals and visual merchandising with production houses/agencies, to enhance brand image

We will be a good match if you:

Diploma or above

Experience in retail operations or in FMCG will be an advantage

Good command of English and Chinese. Knowledge of Japanese will be an advantage

Proficient in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint

Independent, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and ability to work under pressure

Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving with a positive working attitude

Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
