Boss Trade HK Limited in Hong Kong seeks a proactive Project Assistant to support senior sales executives in FMCG/beauty trading, coordinating procurement and client requirements.

You will liaise with internal teams, manage project timelines, prepare reports and invoices, and help ensure timely shipments with suppliers and logistics.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Associate Degree
• Min 2 years FMCG trading and distribution experience; fresh graduates welcome
• Deep passion for beauty products in European markets with export marketing experience preferred
• Fluent in English and Mandarin

Project Assistant (FMCG / Beauty Industry)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Project Assistant with a strong interest in FMCG products. In this role, you will assist our senior sales executive team and follow up on foreign clients' requirements while coordinating procurement activities with our internal teams. You will report directly to the Key Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Support: Assist the Key Account Manager in handling daily business operations and client accounts.
• Project Management: Manage and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets across various accounts. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing project status reports, and ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks, including organizing project files, document management, and preparing invoices and financial reports.
• Operations Coordination: Monitor production status and coordinate with suppliers and logistics departments to ensure smooth order shipments.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education : Higher Diploma or Assiciate Degree
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG-related trading and distribution is highly preferred. (Fresh graduates with a strong passion for the cosmetics and beauty industry are also welcome to apply).
• Market Knowledge : Deep passion for beauty products in the European markets, with a solid understanding of or experience in export marketing.
• Language Skills : Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin are mandatory.

• Work Authorization : Must be a Hong Kong permanent resident / citizen (no work visa sponsorship required).
