Job summary

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in Wan Chai is seeking a sales-oriented professional to drive personal sales and market share for the hotel. You will manage accounts, report progress to senior sales leadership, and develop targeted solicitation strategies.

Qualifications: university degree or diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism Management; minimum 2 years in a large-scale hospitality setting; strong presentation and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time, on-site role in Hong Kong.

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills are a must.

• Achieve individual sales and volume targets as set forth in the Personal Business Plan; track and review progress monthly with Director of Sales and Associate Director of Sales.
• Systematically and efficiently call on accounts within location and report findings and opportunities to the Associate Director of Sales and Director of Sales.
• Pre-qualify and target key accounts, and develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share.
• Conduct regular Market Surveys and Competitor Research.
