Job summary

Native Union is seeking a dynamic Sales & Logistics Coordinator to support our fast-growing brand. You will handle day-to-day sales operations, coordinate with internal teams, and manage international deliveries from HK to global destinations.

You will liaise with warehouse and carriers, monitor orders, and ensure accurate inventory and timely reporting. This role offers a vibrant international team, with offices in Hong Kong and Paris.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 2 years experience in international distribution, FMCG and/or manufacturing environment.
• Fresh graduates, IANG or TTPS visa holders welcome.
• Excellent Excel skills; NAV experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day sales operations.
• Coordinate with sales, production, planning, and warehouse to handle inquiries promptly.
• Follow up on Sales Orders; update customers on status; arrange shipments with carriers/forwarders.
• Prepare, trace, and track international deliveries and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Report working status in a timely manner.
• Review bills, invoices and related documentation.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock levels and delivery schedules.
• Retail support – occasional store visits.

The role, in a nutshell

Participate in day-to-day sales operations.

Effective communication with internal departments (sales, production, planning) in handling their enquiries promptly

Follow up on Sales Orders – communicate with customer on order status; work with warehouse on order preparation; work with carrier/ forwarder on shipment arrangement

Prepare, arrange, and trace & track international deliveries, re-deliveries, and troubleshoot delivery problems

Report working status in timely manner

Review bills, invoices, and any related documentation applicable

Ensure accuracy of all inventories by keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels and delivery schedules

Retail support – occasional store visit

What you'll bring to us

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration or related background;

Ideally 2 years related experience, either in international complex distribution, FMCG and/or manufacturing environment

Fresh graduates, IANG or TTPS visa holders welcome

Excellent analytical skills

Fluent English and Chinese (writing and speaking)

Excellent communications skills to be able to interact with different levels of the organization

Organized and high attention to details

Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision

Good problem solving and interpersonal skills

Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel essential – Experience with Microsoft NAV is a strong advantage

Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
