Job summary

ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL, a premium 618-room hotel in Shatin, Hong Kong, is seeking a Sales-focused professional to support proposals, quotations and contracts. You will coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth arrival arrangements and help monitor market trends to drive business growth.

The role requires a degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration, plus experience in Sales, Front Office or Reservations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
• Experience in Sales, Front Office or Reservations is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English and Putonghua, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process by preparing proposals, quotations and contracts.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Business Administration Studies or related discipline.
• With experience in Sales, Front Office or Reservations will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as word, excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of spoken English and Putonghua.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open-minded, attentive to detail, positive and result oriented.
