Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd is seeking a seasoned Business Development/Marketing professional to drive overall growth from our Hong Kong office. You will analyze markets, develop opportunities, and support branding initiatives to achieve company objectives.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, a degree in a related field, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Hybrid or flexible placement may be considered, with a focus on results and cross-border collaboration.

• Over 8 years prior experience in business development or marketing fields.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage overall business growth strategies to help meet organizational objectives.
• Analyze markets sale performance and present consolidated performance presentations.
• Identify and develop prospective business opportunities.
• Review brand strategies and develop improved action plans.
• Develop and track key functional metrics to deliver improved effectiveness.
• Monitor branding and marketing initiatives to improve business.
• Manage commercial risks and devise action plans to turn around these business areas.
• Work in Hong Kong Office or be stationed in Zhejiang China if requested.
