Humanscale is seeking a Sales Director to lead the Hong Kong sales team and drive growth with partners and key accounts across Hong Kong and Macau. You will educate prospects on the benefits of our ergonomic work tools and translate knowledge into successful sales.

Responsibilities include full-spectrum sales, training partners, maintaining robust activity, building quarterly plans, and forecasting revenue while leading account development.

Formación

• 8+ years business sales experience within partner / dealer sector.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-spectrum sales and business development for HK & Macau.
• Train, educate, market and sell ergonomic workplace solutions through partners and end users.
• Maintain high activity with minimum 10 sales appointments per week.
• Achieve and exceed revenue, profitability and product mix goals.
• Develop business plans with management for weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives.
• Build the brand and lead a sales team to meet targets.
