Job summary

Samsonite International S.A. in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to provide product information, answer queries, and support sales at our bustling service center.

The role requires at least a secondary education, fluency in Cantonese with basic English and Mandarin, and the ability to work a rotating schedule Monday to Saturday. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, and computer literacy is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Able to answer product inquiries and provide after-sales support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and sales details to customers at the service center.
• Answer product inquiries, usage guidance, maintenance, and after-sales issues.
• Handle after-sales transactions, including delivery arrangements and exchanges.
• Provide professional sales and after-sales support through various channels.
• Assist with general administrative tasks including inventory and product data updates.
• Follow up on repair inquiries and progress.

Job Description

• 於客戶服務中心向顧客提供產品資料及服務詳情，並協助完成銷售


• 解答顧客有關產品查詢、使用指引、保養資料及售後服務相關事宜


• 處理售後服務交易，包括安排送貨及換貨事宜


• 透過不同溝通渠道提供專業的銷售及售後支援


• 協助處理一般行政工作，包括庫存及產品資料更新，以及維持客戶服務中心之整潔


• 跟進維修查詢、維修進度及相關安排


• 執行管理層指派的其他工作


• 中學畢業（香港中學文憑或同等學歷）；具專上教育程度者優先考慮


• 具最少一年銷售及／或客戶服務經驗，具零售經驗者優先考慮


• 具備基本電腦操作知識（ Microsoft Office 、系統輸入、中文輸入法）


• 操流利廣東話；具基本英語及普通話溝通能力


• 以客為本，具良好溝通技巧、銷售及人際關係技巧


• 積極主動、有耐性及責任感


• 每星期最少工作三天，於星期一至星期六輪班工作
