Job summary

Samsonite Group APAC & Middle East in Hong Kong is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to provide product information, assist sales, and handle after-sales inquiries in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will respond to product questions in Cantonese with basic English and Mandarin, support stock and product data updates, and help maintain a well-organised customer service centre to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Provide product information and service details at customer service center and assist sales.
• Answer product queries, usage guidance, maintenance information and after-sales service matters.
• Handle after-sales transactions including delivery and exchange arrangements.
• Provide professional sales and after-sales support through different communication channels.
• Assist with general administrative tasks including stock and product data updates, and keep the service center tidy.

Job Description

• 於客戶服務中心向顧客提供產品資料及服務詳情，並協助完成銷售
• 解答顧客有關產品查詢、使用指引、保養資料及售後服務相關事宜
• 處理售後服務交易，包括安排送貨及換貨事宜
• 透過不同溝通渠道提供專業的銷售及售後支援
• 協助處理一般行政工作，包括庫存及產品資料更新，以及維持客戶服務中心之整潔
• 跟進維修查詢、維修進度及相關安排
• 執行管理層指派的其他工作
• 中學畢業（香港中學文憑或同等學歷）；具專上教育程度者優先考慮
• 具最少一年銷售及／或客戶服務經驗，具零售經驗者優先考慮
• 具備基本電腦操作知識（ Microsoft Office 、系統輸入、中文輸入法）
• 操流利廣東話；具基本英語及普通話溝通能力
• 以客為本，具良好溝通技巧、銷售及人際關係技巧
• 積極主動、有耐性及責任感
• 每星期最少工作三天，於星期一至星期六輪班工作
